No one really tells you how a year can completely change you… and still keep going.
This year has already held a lifetime of moments—and we’re not even halfway through.
It began with loss—the kind that shifts everything. Losing my dad has been the hardest thing I’ve ever had to walk through. Grief has a way of showing up when you least expect it, but it’s also deepened my perspective, my faith, and my appreciation for every moment in between.
In the midst of that, life has continued to unfold in the most beautiful and unexpected ways. From traveling to Paraguay and Panama, to expanding my business into virtual services and connecting with women in a whole new way… to staying busy doing what I love on set here in DC.
Through it all, I’ve been held up by the most incredible support system—my husband, who has been my steady place through every high and low, and friends who have shown up in both the grief and the joy.
This season has been about navigating both heartbreak and growth at the same time. Learning that you can carry loss and still create, still dream, still live fully.
One full year… and it’s not even halfway.
