"Our oven from 1988 needed to be replaced. Ventura TV was quick to respond when I called half a dozen different places looking for the solution. The manager had great communication with me throughout the process. The technician, Chris, had to do some demolition to remove a cabinet, then build a frame for the nice new over before installation. The work is done very well. Also, Chris was a great communicator, was on time, and very professional and friendly.
