What choices that we make to be great
Just do whatever it takes
Real becomes something that is diluted with fake promises of a good ending

His beginning from a boy to a man
Let us stand to the sun
With questions about the culture and its impact
Can we imagine the impact
Drugs and s*x and yet
The environment is set

Becoming the heart of his world
Passionate and yet deadly with an offset
His past and a habit
To remember what was and what needs to be

A product of his environment
He is indeed the heart of the game
All the lies and the shame
Who do we blame
Why can’t we aim

To what is important in this life
Love and joy
Not mentalities of being rich with no plan
But to stand with ingenuity

He is the core of the world
Made from his rib but
What can he give

His heart for random
Handsome and true
A product of beauty
To what is the continuity

Fame for destruction
Money for attention
What is it that we are missing

The sound of a warrior
The hunger for the power
A product of
wealth
He carries it under his belt

Dem 20's was a struggle for me
I wanted to see what did not concern me
In my 30's the hurry to wait
Had to fall on my face to embrace the wait

Dem 20's had no pace
Oh, but grace!
It allowed me to face
The issues that I refuse to include

Obnoxious, confuse and rude
I had to lose to improve
No longer in the room (elephant )

With phony people wanting benefits
Discussing things to bring change
I call on Jesus's name

Oh, the san-i-ty
The relief to know that I have peace
