At VCI, every piece of gear is visually verified before it leaves our shop — ensuring that when we hit the show site, everything is ready, labeled, and exactly where it needs to be.

Our shop and production teams work side-by-side to keep the process seamless… and when the stacks get high, Freddy from the PAWduction department steps in to help.

Freddy (proudly owned by Vanessa) may not know what’s in every case, but he definitely knows how to boost team morale.
