I'm selling this island way below what it cost to build, $600.00 cash firm. It's solid wood and very heavy and sturdy. (I was going to put it in smoking area but decided not to, its too good of a piece). We removed it from our kitchen. It's less than 4 years old.

Edit: please read the whole post. I'm not retiring.
I'm eliminating riding lessons
I still teach Horsemanship and board horses...

A decision has been made, for the second time (had so many request before, I had to continue with the kids) but, at this time, after all the riding students I have discontinue, they will not be replaced. I will eventually stop teaching riding.
I will, although, continue teaching about horses and Horsemanship, only if you have a horse. I am retiring my horses, they have earned it, when the current students stop.
3 reasons..
1. I have other things I want to do
2. More time for family and such
3. This heat and humidity is rough on the horses, students and (me ha).
I thank all of my students for the many years of helping me learn.
We will continue the Horse Boarding facility. K-I-N Stables Athens, AL
