Current view. Sitting and watching the waves is so calming for someone like me who struggles to just sit still and relax and always feels like I gotta get to work or else… And I have found I only cause myself more fatigue when I resist giving my body what it needs. But I been resisting these urges to work out of worry and fear and rest and be thankful in those moments when I know I need too. Fatigue issues have been a debilitating part of my life but I know my body is just trying to tell me something. And I’m listening and responding with a better attitude then perhaps I’ve had in the past. Been working at truly practicing 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 “Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.” Anyways love you all praying your day is richly blessed! 🌅

This week was one of rest and recovery! Old age is hittin’ me! My shoulder hurts, my energy wanes and my muscles ache. Ain’t complaining but just wanted to check in and tell you I love you while I still can! 🖤
