Ingredients
For the Honey Bourbon Chicken:

🍗 1 lb chicken breast or thighs, diced
🥄 2 tbsp olive oil
🧄 2 cloves garlic, minced
🧅 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
🍯 1/3 cup honey
🌿 1/4 cup soy sauce
🍋 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
🥄 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water (for thickening)
For the Bowl Base:

🍚 2 cups cooked rice (white, brown, or jasmine)
For the Toppings:

🥕 1/2 cup shredded carrots
🥬 1 cup steamed broccoli
🥒 1/2 cup diced cucumber or edamame
🌽 1/2 cup corn kernels (optional)
1 avocado
Optional Garnishes:

🌿 Chopped green onions
🌶️ Sesame seeds or red pepper flakes
🍋 Lime wedges
Instructions
1️⃣ Cook the Chicken:

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
2️⃣ Make the Sauce:

In the same skillet, sauté the garlic and onion until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
Add bourbon, honey, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar. Bring to a simmer and cook for 3-4 minutes to reduce slightly.
3️⃣ Thicken the Sauce:

Stir in the cornstarch mixture and cook for 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens. Return the chicken to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
4️⃣ Prepare the Bowl Base:

Cook rice according to package instructions and fluff with a fork. Divide into serving bowls.
5️⃣ Assemble the Bowls:

Top the rice with honey bourbon chicken, steamed broccoli, shredded carrots, and your choice of additional toppings like cucumber or corn.
6️⃣ Garnish and Serve:

Ingredients

🍪 1 3/4 cups graham cracker crumbs (about 14 crackers)
🧈 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
🥣 1/4 cup granulated sugar
For the Cheesecake Filling:

🧀 4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
🥣 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
🧂 1/4 tsp salt
🥚 4 large eggs, room temperature
🥛 1 cup sour cream
🧄 1 tbsp vanilla extract
Optional Toppings:

🍓 Fresh berries

Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Crust:

Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until the texture resembles wet sand.
Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Use the bottom of a measuring cup to pack it tightly.
Bake for 8-10 minutes. Let cool while you prepare the filling.
2️⃣ Make the Cheesecake Filling:

In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth and creamy.
Gradually add sugar and salt, beating until combined.
Beat in eggs, one at a time, mixing just until incorporated after each addition.
Add sour cream and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.

Pour the cheesecake filling over the cooled crust, spreading it evenly.
Place the springform pan in a larger baking dish. Fill the dish with 1-2 inches of hot water to create a water bath, preventing cracks.

Ingredients
For the Chicken:

🐓 1 lb chicken breast or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
🧄 3 cloves garlic, minced
🍋 Juice of 1 lemon
🫒 2 tbsp olive oil
🌿 1 tsp dried oregano
🧂 Salt and black pepper, to taste
For the Bowl:

🍚 2 cups cooked quinoa, rice, or couscous
🥒 1 cup cucumber, diced
🍅 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
🧅 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
🫒 1/3 cup Kalamata olives, sliced
🧀 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
For the Tzatziki Sauce:

🥒 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
🥒 1/4 cup grated cucumber (squeeze out excess water)
🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
🌿 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
🧂 Salt and black pepper, to taste
Optional Garnishes:

🌿 Fresh parsley or dill, chopped

Instructions
