We’re officially in escrow 🔑✨

My clients just went through inspections, and while the seller came back with a credit (which is a great start), the numbers didn’t quite match the reality… especially when it comes to safety-related repairs.

This is where representation really matters.

One thing I do differently as a Realtor is I don’t just accept numbers at face value. I go a step further and get real quotes on your behalf to make sure:
• The credit actually covers the work
• You’re not coming out of pocket unexpectedly
• And most importantly, the home is safe

If the numbers don’t add up, I go back to the table and negotiate harder to make sure you’re fully protected.

Reality: everyone showed up early… except the memo getting to me 😅

Drove 45 minutes ➡️ got there at 12 ➡️ inspection was already DONE at 11
Turned right back around for another 45-minute drive

The upside? Thankful for my electric car so at least I’m not crying at the gas pump 🚗⚡
The lesson? Real estate = constant problem solving, pivoting, and sometimes… just laughing it off
