🎉 Congratulations to my amazing client on her FIRST home and the first of many to come! 🏡✨

When we started, her budget was $180K, and we were looking at townhomes. Her true goal though was always a single-family home. We took a short pause, stayed patient, and then I found THIS home.

Even though the purchase price was $250K, I was able to structure the deal so she moved into it with the same monthly payment as the townhome. This is what experience, strategy, and knowing how to move the pieces together can do.
