My man really had the nerve to count my pockets! My money has nothing to do with him. The fact that he thinks he can just stop being a man because of what I make is crazy. A man's financial struggles are not a woman's responsibility. Men need to learn to figure it out and stop depending on women. I'm officially single because I refuse to take care of a grown man. I threw a party for my boyfriend's son, and his babymama wanted to come, but I told her she's not welcome and that she can throw her own party for him. She got upset with me for not including her, being that I invited her mom and all her other family. I just didn't want her stealing my moment because this is something I did for my future stepson. She had a chance of being a family, but she left her babydaddy because he cheated on her once. He's my man now, and her son is my son, and I don't want her involved with my family.

I went to the park today with my son and his dad. My man wanted to go, but I told him no because it was a family day. My man had the nerve to question me, asking, 'Why do I have to go? Why can't my son just go with his dad himself?' I had to remind him to stay in his place and know his role. When it comes to family time, that's something I will forever do with my baby's father. His role as a stepdad is to step in when I tell him to step in, and honestly, the only time my man is allowed to be involved is financially. It's sad that you men come into single mothers' lives and expect us to stop having family time with our baby's fathers.
