Title: Aunt Esther & The Photo Scanner, an online commercial ad
About the Project: Vocal Motion Pictures has been hired to write and produce a modest-budget online ad for a small company on their first attempt at breaking into the consumer products market.
I've worked with this manufacturer for a few years producing micro-budget content for them and finally talked them into something much grander. We're looking to give their audience something really powerful to look and remember when they think about their product.
Our script is a whole lot of fun and we're looking for incredible talent to help us make this thing as outstanding as possible.
Vocal Motion Pictures projects are always laid back, low pressure, and fun. Talent receives copy of finished product.

PAY RATES: Varied depending on role.
Lead roles: $425/10 hour day + full crafty & lunch + super awesome crew + IDMb credit + extra footage of your performances for your own use and purposes + complete final video product when available
Bit/supporting parts: $200/10 hour day + full crafty & lunch + super awesome crew + IDMb credit + extra footage of your performances for your own use and purposes + complete final video product when available

Aunt Esther is the birthday girl at the backyard cookout pool party. She is cool, funny, and terribly charismatic.

Jay
Lead. Male. 25-45
Jay is a funny, sweet, lovable guy. He's a bit of a dunce—think Steve Carrel as Michael Scott in the Office: he is not self-aware, has almost no shame, and is quite energetic.

Jay's Dad
Supporting. Male. 45-65
Jay's dad is a Frenchman—hence, the French accent. The French accent should be a bit exaggerated and put-on.

The Mischievous Tween Duo are dastardly and adorable. Always getting into trouble. They are also Aunt Esther's little minions who are able to illicit from her photographed subjects the kinds of reactions she likes to get.
