In the lineup we have submissions from WIUP alums from the classes of 1975 through 2024, and a whole lot in between. If you're a station alum and did not submit a song/voice note, fear not - we'll be taking calls during the broadcast!

We are thrilled to be a part of the fifth annual Mother Earth Farm Fest at Mother Earth Farm in Indiana!

On Saturday, July 26th, attendees can enjoy a day of activities on the farm including hiking, yoga, and more.

Music begins at 3:30 pm, featuring Grant Minnick, Forevro Flow, and Woodland Twang! WIUP will be there to close out the night with a special DJ set as the bonfire gets started at 8pm. Plus, our friend from Noble Stein Brewing Company and Dannys Tacos will be there too.

Ticket proceeds will go to the Chevy Chase Center-Indiana PA.

Faculty Advisor Zack Stiegler here. I'm planning a WIUP-centric edition of our program College Radio Flashback later this summer, and I'd love to include your voices.

Building off of conversations from the reunion, I'd love to get picks for songs that remind you of your time at WIUP, especially releases that were current/in rotation at the time. Pick one song to that effect, then let me know WHY that song is representative of your time at the station.

I'd much rather have your voices sharing these memories than mine. You can record voice notes and send them to the wiupfm at gmail dot com address, with the subject line "COLLEGE RADIO FLASHBACK." In the message, please include your name and, years at WIUP. Alternately, I'd be happy to set up a quick zoom call to record.
