Some things worth noting:

- My mawmaw & pawpaw moved to Tomball in 1970 and have been in this home ever since. Growing up, us grandkids would frequently visit & have sleepovers. A staple food item for breakfasts here were eggo waffles, specifically made by my grandma (with lots of butter and powdered sugar 😋) So, as an ode to our childhood, I had them make eggo waffles together. ❤️

-Every single decoration, picture, or piece furniture has a very special meaning and memory. I have always admired my mawmaws ability to create a warm, cozy & nostalgic home where everything has a story.

-She MADE her own wedding dress and still has it. 😭🙏🏽

-In passing, she had told me that she really wanted red roses on her original wedding cake, but when she showed up to her reception, it was plain white. I wanted to recreate a cake cutting moment for their 60th with a cake she loved, so I contacted a local bakery, told her the story, and she made the CUTEST tiny wedding cake with the red roses my mawmaw had always wanted! is the best!!

HIGHLY recommend renting out a whole campground to spend a full weekend with your favorite people. ❤️‍🔥🎉

Before the day unfolded, we took an early morning hike to the top of Gods Thumb for Sonja + Nathan’s private vows. The views were stunning, but this precious couple is even more incredible themselves. They wrote a letter to each individual friend/family member who attended their wedding, they planned a workout class for anyone to enjoy, bought unique mugs throughout their engagement for their guests to choose, drink from all weekend and take home as a memento. They provided s’mores for all to partake & bubbles for the kids, and just truly wanted to soak in their time with loved ones.

Sonja + Nathan, it was an honor to capture your wedding - the beauty and genuine love you both radiate to all those around you is infectious and it was a privilege to document these memories for you to relive forever.

is THE. BEST. She took my ideas & goals and created something unique, genuine to my vision, that aligns with the values and vibe of my business. At first glance I thought it looked almost like a stained glass (one of my favorite things🤤❤️‍🔥) but then upon closer inspection I saw it resembles a compass. To me, this is the perfect depiction of what I want the future of ZM to be - breathtaking and unique like stained glass, but also raw & adventurous like traveling the world!

The logo font is the perfect blend of a fairy tale, story-telling, earthy, elopement in Ireland. I could not be more grateful for my amazing graphic design artist who truly brought my wildest dreams alive, who helped me break free from playing it safe, and for the beautiful designs she gave me to jumpstart this new season of ZM.

took these cutie photos of me for my rebrand. It was so much fun gathering all of the little things that mean a lot to me to add to the shoot. It’s the personal touches that made me feel more myself, and that’s exactly what I want my films to evoke as well.
