Mortgage rates are the lowest they have been since October 4,2024!!
That is a huge trend in the right direction. On top of that, markets are pricing in now almost a 100% chance of a rate cut in September. Something to remember is this is already factored into pricing today and why it is so low. So, if the FED does decide to cut rates in September, it will not be directly correlated with mortgage rates. Overall great news for the market and we will continue to update you as we go! Get your buyers out to look with higher supply and lower rates, it is truly the best time to buy in all of 2025!

She is also the head volleyball coach for the Shakopee Juniors program. Hillary has been named Minneapolis/St. Paul Magazine ‘Super Agent’ along with Top Agent Magazine featured cover in March 2015.
