Join us to celebrate the release of our Spring 2025 edition! We’ll have magazines, lots of Panda Express, games, and updates on next semester. There will also be a senior send-off and farewell speeches from our E-Board. We’ll also be announcing the election results!

(RE)ANNOUNCING: Late-Night Writing Café with OneWorld, UNews, HerCampus, Via Creative Writing Club, & Poetic Us!

Join us for a late-night café open to ALL writers on campus. Whether you write poetry, news articles, scripts, fiction, or are just working on an essay for class, you are more than welcome to attend. Stop by to workshop or work on your writing, meet other writers on campus, play games, or do some arts & crafts! Coffee, hot chocolate, and pastries will be catered by Sweetwater’s Café. We’ll also have a raffle! Find us in the Sinquefield Stateroom, 4th floor of Dubourg, April 29th, 7 PM - midnight.

“Who keeps us safe? We keep us safe!”

The above is a chant heard throughout the 2020 Black Lives Matter protests. It expresses the power of marching as a collective body; when we come together and trust in our united strength, we keep each other safe. As such, OneWorld Magazine and the Center for Social Action have partnered to put on an informational workshop on protesting. The workshop will focus on how to keep yourself and others safe when attending a demonstration, both on and off campus.

We’ll have information from professors, SLU’s Law program, student conduct, community organizers, and others to answer all your questions and concerns. If you have questions ahead of time, submit them here: https://forms.gle/i9b9whayGTTv2biJ7

When we march as a collective, we protect the most vulnerable individuals of our community. Come learn how to put yourself on the streets safely!
