�Meet Joe Autry, a self-taught sculptor from Louisville who turns dead trees into living stories. From bronze to pine, from sobriety to yoga, from Southern Indiana to India. Joe’s journey is carved with grit, spirit, and soul.
His most powerful piece? A towering Ganesh sculpture that he never planned to make, couldn’t sell and ultimately loaned to the Portland Museum. It now stands as a guardian in the children’s wing, watching over the city’s next generation of creators.
