From Lassen Volcanic National Part in Northern California and Plumas County, Through Lake Tahoe and the Back woods of Alpine county to the southern vacation spots of the Yosemite Valley and Mammoth Mountain down to Kings Canyon National Park, Sierra REC look s to share events, sights, trails, hikes, adventure challenges and locals favorite adventures. From Paddle Boarders on Lake Tahoe to Adventure Skiing on Mammoth or Heavenly, from Fishing in plumas county or hiking the pacific rim trail. Guiding a new backpacker through Big Sur was a rewarding experience. Focus was on ensuring their comfort and providing support every step of the way. Watching them gain confidence and embrace the journey was truly inspiring.

Richard Campbell from 10Adventures believes something pretty simple: the outdoors changes us.

Saving up since age 11 to attend Yosemite Mountaineering School, I felt like I was cutting class. Roped in and setting the pace on a multi-pitch climb over Tenaya Lake, being the youngest in the class felt liberating. Pure freedom.
