The Mayor of Jackson Heights got a positive review in the Milwaukee Jewish Chronicle last month. Amazon is recording all the time. New reviews are coming out in Florida and Arizona this month.

It's been eight weeks since the Mayor of Jackson Heights hit the webpages of Amazon and Barnes & Noble. There are now KIndle and Nook versions available for those who don't like to turn pages or underline phrases.
This afternoon, The Jewish Chronicle in Wisconsin is inerviewing me about the book. This should be an interesting conversation. Copies of the book have been sent to the Jewish Book Club in New York and the architecturial critic of the New York Times. The Times did a virtual tour of Jackson Heights reflecting how in 2020 it is deeply diverse community of over 150 languages and cultures. It is worth watching as you traverse the streets and avenues and view the varied storefronts and colorful windows.

The Mayor of Jackson Heights is in final editing and will publish in July 2020. It will be available on Amazon and Barnes & Noble websites in July. The journey is almost over and a new journey begins. My next book will release in October 2020 and is titled "The Company Doctor Prescribes".

My cousin Andrew just remembered the name of the deli we went to in Jackson Heights.. It was Wexler's on 37th Avenue. Another memory to add during the editing process. Also found grandfather's arrival date in the United States from Romania.
