I had assumed I was retired from being a professional pro se litigant, and hoping I'd get by enough to finally get through college without problems from landlords, college administration, etc, but I was wrong.
I fully realize now my only path in life, is through those that get in my way, and not around them. I have tried my best over the years to simply attend college for computer repair credential, with intent on high degrees in game design and development, and all I wanted to do was get my college credentials and play baseball, or at least be given a chance at open tryouts.
I have faced an uphill battle left and right from landlords, college administration, town municipal officials, police departments, employers, just left and right, all for no reason. Each time this happened, I have tried to remedy the problem they had, reach a solution, seek justice through state and federal offices and agencies, and simply try and move on. Move on to a new apartment rental, move on to new employer, move on to a new college, etc, etc.
Yet I have fund moving away from the problem only solves that particular problem, and then I get faced with the exact same bu****it at new employers, new landlords, new colleges, all over again. This has happened recurringly, over and over again, since 2018. It's now 2025, and I have learned from these experiences, that my only path is to now cut down my enemies, and make them pay.

Many of these matters, not only adversely affected me as a private citizen, but my whole life's work (This company, Game Master). These colleges where I tried getting credentials to make this a meaningful career for myself, the Pokemon Company incident that would have opened up sales drives, and exposure to locals, etc..

The following are named in lawsuits as defendants for their crimes, civil violations, constitutional violations:
1. Joliet Junior Colleges, Iowa Lakes Community College, Spoon River College, Iowa Central Community College, NJCAA, and the U.S. Dept. of Education
These defendants are guilty of violating the Age Discrimination Act in Higher Education by refusing to host open tryouts for baseball and other sports; opting to recruit all high school sign-ons. This adversely affects the ability, or equal opportunity for students enrolled in college, that did not come directly to college from high school. These students are of an older age group. At each college I attended, they did this. I filed internal complaint and also reports with the OCR. The OCR backed the colleges up, by claiming the older age group that was barred from even trying out for collegiate sports, was a by-product, and that age itself was not the basis for why older students were not allowed a chance to tryout or play sports. The US Dept. of ED (OCR) is named a defendant for various negligence clauses, as well as the NJCAA; being exempt from the charges of the Age Discrimination Act in Higher Education, but falling into other federal clauses for negligence. The Federal Courts can also hear the cases against the OCR and NJCAA, under Supplemental Jurisdiction (28 U.S.C. §1367).
Interestingly, my window for filling is still open, and meeting the statute of limitations. I'm claiming injunction, court ruling for law change to explicitly amend some statutes to include this verbatim for allowance, and mandatory requirement for open tryouts by public colleges, and 4 million dollars in restitution. Yes, that's right; you might wonder why I didn't finish at each college, and it all stems to the foundational basis of this concern at each college.
2. Iowa Central Community College and Thomas Beneke
These defendants are guilty of violating The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, The Fair Housing Act (FHA)
This incident stems from Spring 2024. All because I reported a bad neighbor being disruptive, and loud late at night and early morning, and doing drugs in the dorms. I was treated with Hostility, possible malice, and unlawful retaliation. That then lead to Constructive Eviction, Contractual Violations, Failure to Accommodate and continue to accommodate a reasonable accommodation for me as a disabled adult, and Discriminatory Enforcement. Later in Spring 2025, I was also barred and refused back into on campus housing, into the Honor Roll Housing, also resulting in an additional ADA violating, and further unlawful retaliation.

6. Berrett Rice, Timothy Martin, Stacy Mentzer, Jesse Ulrich, and Iowa Central Community College
This is a very big case. There are 15 Federal Law violations (most civil, but possibly a couple criminal), and so far we have 200+ pages printed out, most of which is evidence and merits to the case. This is probably the case you've seen me post most about; its just that it's so deep, lengthy, and severe. I have made a YT video, and a few FB posts, but none of those July encompass the totality of the violations, and infringements in 100% complete detail.
We also are pushing this case back, until the others above are filed, and I have free time loosened up in the week. This will probably be early 2026.

7. Iowa Central Community College and Stacy Mentzer
I have not yet posted details about this case. This will likely be filed and gotten around to mid to early next year. This is another 1st amendment case, 14th amendment case, also includes a Defamation Claim (Libel) which the Federal Court will here under Supplemental Jurisdiction (28 U.S.C. §1367). This is basically on a communication regarding my video on YT about the first lawsuit. They had twisted my words into a lie, that did not meet the Iowa Criminal Code guidelines as a criminal act, thus they violated my first amendment and 14th amendment in punishing me for it, as nothing more than unlawful retaliation, and unlawful malice.
I'm claiming a quart-million for this case.
8. I have a federal case that needs filed out of Pennsylvania. I have briefly talked about this, but basically, back in my trucking days, I was attacked by another trucker, where I pulled a knife on him. Cops were called, they cited me, stole my knife, and then after I got back home to IL, back when I had a physical storefront for Game Master, I received mail telling me I had a warrant out for the incident. They had charged me with three totally unrelated misdemeanor charges, and I think 1 or 2 of them weren't even state, but like local ordinances. Anyway, one of the charges was "makes, sells, and repairs weapons" and another charge was like a local ordinance, prohibiting blades, the use, exposure, and carry of blades, even in self-defense scenarios, which directly infringes my 2nd amendment, and the other charge was actually a bit closer, but didn't meet the PA state guidelines verbatim of the legal statute.
These three charges have been left in limbo for the last 5 years, because the court there refused to accept or file formal legal paperwork to the matter. They have no evidence, and legally indict me even if I did drive across the country to settle the matter physical in court. There's even a less chance at extradition from any state in the Country, even ones bordering PA, because in extradition, you need major evidence. SO if any police department or officer ever detains me for it, and I sit in jail, and then get released, I can sue that officer and PD for False Imprisonment, and several other civil claims, as well as have federal criminal charges brought on the PD and officer. So in this matter, I'm actually just filing a Federal Lawsuit for violating my constitutional rights, and seeking injunctive relief. There's no statute of limitations on this, as long as those charges remain on my official record showing an active misdemeanor warrant, and adversely effecting job applications, or housing applications (which jobs and landlords can't legally use against me, but that hasn't stopped Pokemon Company International from doing it, in our lawsuit against them).
I'm not sure the amount I'm seeking from them. Maybe 1-2 million.

Guys that's it, and I hope landlords, colleges, employers, stop fu***ng with me, and anyone and everyone else for that matter. I'm just a simply guy aged 34 years old, trying to get through college, and into my dream profession, and play baseball, my childhood passion, along the way, and live in peace. Nothing more and nothing less. These people are horrible and disgusting for what they've done to me and other people, and I am offended they breath the same air I do.
