Please, everyone, if you are a fan of the 70s, 80s, and 90s Cartoon Network Cartoons, that were then moved to Boomerang, please sing my civil petition.

HBO Max aquired Boomerang earlier this year. We were supposed to have access through HBO Max to all those cartoons for those of us that were Boomerang subscribers and fans. Instead, HBO Max quietly threw them all off their platform, never to bee seen again.

Now, Netflix is in the process of acquiring HBO Max, and will have legal ownership rights over all Boomerang content. Please sign my petition to help convince Netflix to put all Boomerang content on their streaming platform after they complete acquisition of HBO Max.

We're suing YouTube for $100,000.

I know guys, I promise I'm almost finished making these posts that no one likes, but they are important for our transparency and honesty policy and crucial to future and current business operations.

Back in 2023, I had a great go on YT making content. In late 2023, only 10 months in on my old gaming channel, I became monetized. I was monetized for less than a month, and right before my first paycheck was supposed to come (which I never got) YouTube made a mistake and deactivated my channel.

I appealed the decision immediately, and within only a few hours, the appeal was denied. I believe the same YT worker that took my channel down, also shot down the appeal, and it was never reviewed.

Strangely, in early 2025, I was somehow able to appeal again, so I did. In March 2025, YouTube wrote me back, saying they made a mistake, and they put my old YT channel back up, after I had already started another gaming YT channel and was pretty well into it.

Well that 15 months of channel deactivation, irreparably ruined the built up momentum of my views, ad clicks, and monetization eligibility, that took 10 months to build up to. All destroyed, and even with the channel unblocked, it takes time to rebuild that momentum, watch hours, vies, etc in order to get remonetized.

I likely lost about $50,000 in revenue alone, not mentioning punitive damages. The evidence is retained, and we are providing YT a demand letter, with full intent to file suit in the matter.
