I dont ask for help very often but I have been struggling significantly. I have been trying to lose weight for a very long time. Long story short, 2 years ago I had a full hysterectomy which should me into menopause and even though my OBGYN told me to start HRT I did t listen to him. Now 2 years later I have gained over 45 pounds and I am at my heaviest that I have ever been in my life. I need some support in my life and push in the right direction on what you might have tried that have helped with the craving and the weight gain. I look and feel like State Puff Marshmallow Man. I carry most of my weight in my mid-section, thighs and upper arms. Please I am open to any advice.
