Registration for the 2025-26 Ag Academy class is now open until Sept. 5.

Ag Academy is an educational program providing an opportunity for individuals of all occupations and agricultural knowledge to be exposed to the many facets of production agriculture, rural communities and agriculture policy. The program runs from October to September. Focus areas are advocacy, leadership/service, education and rural communities/farm families. Seven capsules are framed in a way that centers on self-paced introductory information followed by in-person sessions of tours and speakers. The in-person sessions are spread across Kansas so participants get a first-hand view of the many components and faces of production agriculture across our great state.
