MRI results:
Interior grade 2 tear where soleus and gastroc meet.
Exterior grade 1 gastroc tear along with advanced Achilles tendinosis. So, I'm pretty sure this, as well as my age and the fact that I've never played hockey, effectively ends any chance I had at being Emergency Backup Goalie.

The story behind Horse Soldier Bourbon is worth researching. These bottles were signed by Army Ranger and Special Forces Officer Mark Nutsch, one of the Horse Soldier founders. Chris Hemsworth portrayed him in the movie 12 STRONG.
Lucky to have met Mark at a recent tasting he hosted. Couldn't have been more genuine and kind.
Just not sure which I'm more grateful to him for, his service to our country or his service to my bourbon collection.
