Heartfelt goodbyes today as TEGNA, our parent company, moves to an automated directing system, and we say goodbye to our amazing production staff behind the scenes.

People like Rory, Craig, Mandi, and Tyler have been bringing our morning shows to life for years, and I’ve been fortunate to spend the last five learning from them. I’ve always said they had the hardest job in the building—and I meant it.

Your talent, humor, and camaraderie will be missed more than words can say. Thank you for everything! ❤️

Five years ago, I walked into 13 ON YOUR SIDE having no idea how good life was about to get. 🤩 Since then, I’ve tracked countless storms, chased an eclipse, explored West Michigan, and shared unforgettable moments both on and off the air.

I became Chief Meteorologist, was honored with four Emmys, and have laughed more than I ever thought possible — but what means the most to me is the connection and trust I’ve built with this community.
