What are you focusing on? I love this verse because it reminds us to look away from all the distractions of the world, and to keep our eyes on Jesus, who is the author and finisher of our faith. The more we focus on our problems, the bigger they become. When we take time to meditate on God's Word and focus on Him, we will see the faithfulness of God revealed, and then our problems won't seem big after all.

You don't have to focus on your problem. Focus on Jesus-He has overcome your problem. Your problem may seem bigger than you are, but it's not bigger than God.

When we anchor our identity in Christ, rejection loses its power. We are not defined by who walks away but by the one who chose us before the foundation of the world, In Him, we are accepted, loved and known completely.
