This one was a little bittersweet. Today, my parents closed on the home I lived in from the time I was 11 until I got married. So many memories were made here, and watching this chapter come to an end has brought out all the emotions.
When we listed it, we knew we wanted a strong, quick sale, and it went under contract in just 5 days with multiple offers. I could not have been happier for them.
When the first contract fell through, we had it back under contract the very same day, and I’m so thankful everything worked out exactly the way it was supposed to!
As hard as it is to say goodbye to a place that held so much of our family’s story, I’m incredibly thankful my parents are stepping into a new season on the family farm, and I know it’s exactly where they’re meant to be.
Mom and Dad, thank you for trusting me to represent you through this process. I know I’m your daughter, but you still could have chosen anyone, and it means more to me than you know that you chose me. ❤️
