🚨 PARENTS OF TEEN DRIVERS — READ THIS! 🚨

Just because your teen turns 18 does NOT mean they automatically get their full (Class C) license in Georgia. 😳 I double-checked with a local officer to be sure!

Even at 18, they’re still bound by all the Class D license restrictions until they officially upgrade to a Class C.

✅ The good news? We were able to upgrade online — quick and easy.

📢 Tag another parent with a driver over 18 who might not know this!

Here’s a quick reminder of those Class D rules:
🚗 No driving between 12 AM and 5 AM — no exceptions
🚗 First 6 months: no passengers unless they’re immediate family
🚗 Next 6 months: only one passenger under 21 (not family)
🚗 After 12 months: up to three passengers under 21 (not family)
🚗 Must be violation-free for a full year before applying for Class C

Don’t assume they’re in the clear just because they hit 18. Make sure their license is officially upgraded! 👍

Last year, I took one of the biggest leaps of faith in my life. After 12 years in the homebuilding industry—and five of those in leadership—I returned to where it all began: Keller Williams.
