We’ve built the Bar SZ Ranch brand with our kids, Kailey, Colton, and Maddi, over the last seven years while running a hospitality business together. Working as a family has given us perspective about living intentionally, and we hope to inspire others to treat strangers like family, put others first, and forge a lasting legacy.

Miss Maddi, you are a such a wonderful blessing to our family and our ranch team! Your spirit of joy, your love for the animals, your tenacity for excellence in everything you do, and your commitment and dedication to our family and business helps make this place, and us all, better people!

We love that each person in our ranch family has their own unique strengths, gifts, and challenges…and we love to see how they play out in your life both on off the ranch! We love your heart for giving your best and giving your all in everything you do! Over the years you have grown and matured in greatness and gratitude as ranch life has helped you appreciate the delicacy of life. The cycle of loving, losing, and loving again is an important life virtue.

Miss Maddi, we could not be more proud of the young woman that you have become. You have grown and matured into a woman well beyond your years! It’s clear that you will not just succeed…rather you will supersede expectations at whatever it is you want to accomplish in life, and you will encourage and inspire everyone around you while on your journey! From Rodeo Queen to qualifying for High School Rodeo to roping and branding to training horses to qualifying for IEA Nationals…to graduating high school an an national honors student…you’ve accomplished so much this past year…may next year be even better !!

Thank you for making our family and the Bar SZ Ranch a better place. Without your hearts desire to live and work on a ranch we would not have perused such a big dream! Our life dream has become a realty due to your passion and persistence for living the lifestyle and working the dream everyday!!

Today we celebrate you C**t, and we give thanks for you…your hearts desires, your passions, talents and gifting! You make this family and this ranch a much better place! Many days we wonder how we will get it fixed and get it all done, and then you come in, with great confidence, and make it happen!

You are an amazing young man with a huge heart for God, Family, Country and Service. Everyone that knows you is encouraged and inspired…even Tim, your leader and father! The life we live today is largely due to your dreams and desires to live and work on a ranch and build a lasting legacy! We could not do what we do on such a huge ranch, with future generational legacy plans, if it was not for your unwavering commitment to the big vision!

You are the leader of the next generation, and today, on your 20th birthday, we solute you for your character and commitment to your family, your friends and your future! You have already sacrificed so much and accomplished amazing successes. We pray that God’s divine provision, protection and power would enrich and cover your heart, mind, soul and spirit today and in the days to come!
