Mango Cherry Skinny Mocktail ✨

Proof you can have a cute drink without all the sugar. This Mango Cherry Skinny Mocktail is sweet, bubbly, low-cal, and takes barely any effort, which honestly makes it even better.

Ingredients🍒🥭🍷
Mango spritz (sparkling)
Sugar-free cherry syrup
Fresh mango (cut into chunks + 1 slice for garnish)
Ice
Maraschino cherries

Directions⬇️
Add fresh mango chunks to your cup and lightly muddle.
Pour in 1 shot sugar-free cherry syrup.
Fill the cup with ice.
Top with mango spritz.
Garnish with a mango slice on the rim and two cherries on top.
Stir gently and enjoy.

Spinach, Garlic & Tomato Pasta everyone will LOVE!

Believe it or not, this was gone in one night! My guys absolutely loved it. They went back for seconds and thirds until the pan was completely clean. I hope you enjoy this recipe!

What type of pasta would you use in this dish?

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Place cherry tomatoes in a baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle seasonings on top. Add garlic head.

Bake 20-25 minutes until tomatoes are soft and garlic is tender.

Squeeze roasted garlic into the tomatoes. Add Boursin and heavy cream. Stir in spinach until wilted.

Mix cooked pasta into the sauce.

Sprinkle shredded cheese over the pasta.

Broil 3-5 minutes until cheese is melted and golden.

Sprinkle chili flakes if you like a little heat. Enjoy!

6 salmon fillets (about 4–5 oz each, fully thawed)
12 lemon slices (for the baking dish)

Seasoning Mix
1½ tsp Old Bay seasoning
