๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐
I used to lose a few pounds and feel so good about it.
Good enough that I'd think, "I've earned this. I can ease up a little."
A little became a lot. The pounds came back. Sometimes more than I'd lost.
For years I thought the problem was my willpower. That I just needed to try harder next time, be stricter, push through.
What actually changed wasn't more willpower. It was deciding that ๐ ๐ฐ๐๐ฌ ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐ฐ๐จ๐ซ๐ญ๐ก ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐๐๐๐จ๐ซ๐ญ โ even on the days I didn't feel like it, even after I'd "messed up," even when progress was slow.
That one shift mattered more than any diet I ever tried.
Does this sound familiar?
A) Yes โ I lose a little, ease up, and end up back where I started
B) I'm in that cycle right now
C) I broke this pattern โ here's what worked for me
D) I'm not sure what my pattern even is anymore
