But doubt doesnโ€™t mean we stop โ€” it simply means we pause, breathe, and keep going at our own pace.

I had that kind of morning this week.
That low, nagging lower-back pain that reminds me Iโ€™m not 30 anymore.
I tried to stretch it out, move a little, sit a littleโ€ฆ and honestly, it felt discouraging for a while.

But then I reminded myself:
Our bodies arenโ€™t giving up on us โ€” theyโ€™re just asking for more care and patience at this stage of life.

And that small shift in mindset helped me move through the day with a little more grace. ๐Ÿ’œ
