This area has had a deep love of Southern Rock over the years and I'll spotlight some of the best and some deep cuts too. From A to Z: The Allmans to ZZ Top and Skynyrd, Marshall Tucker, The Outlaws, 38 Special, Charlie Daniels, Molly Hatchet and lots more. Serving it up hot from the Recovery Room studio Sunday morning. RIP Todd Snider- singer/songwriter, as heard on The Bob and Tom morning show. Damn, he was just 59 years old. Time for a ‘beer run’ in his honor.

This Sunday morning in The Recovery Room, I'm going to tell you about some of our favorite rockers that are using Aliases, Nicknames and Stage Names. I'll also have plenty of trivia about others on TV, movies and in sports who also have interesting name swaps. Feel free to add one or 2 in the comments below. (no lists please). It was great to see Bad Company finally get their long overdue induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. We send our best wishes to singer Paul Rodgers, who couldn't make the induction ceremonies due to some recent health issues. Paul brought his solo band to Vernon Downs back in the Summer of 1998 when he headlined our Fireworks concert. When it comes to rock singers, many consider him one of the GOATs, myself included.
