A Sac copter chased them into Solano & then CHP Air picked it up

Male driver was safely arrested

Female passenger also detained - per radio traffic she was in the car against her will

2:50 PM - The child has been removed from the pipe by Fairfield Fire Department

Child was transported to the hospital

This was a 10 inch irrigation pipe per Fairfield FD
