I have to share this one because it's a perfect example of why representation matters.

Before my client found me, they had already tried to lease this very space on their own. The Landlord declined the application. They spent the next few months looking at other locations — but nothing felt right. Something kept pulling them back to that original space.

🎉 LEASE SIGNED — San Francisco, CA!

I am so excited to celebrate this WIN with my client — a nonprofit organization with three existing locations throughout San Francisco — who just leased their FOURTH space, complete with an option to purchase!

Here's the real story: we spent two months negotiating a different space, and at the last minute, it didn't work out. My client was understandably frustrated. I kept encouraging them — "When it's for you, it will be for you." (I'll be honest, they weren't quite as sure. LOL!)

But we stayed the course. Two months later, a better opportunity came along — one that not only met their needs but gave them a path toward ownership. That's a legacy move for any nonprofit.
