Apparently those big dog things include helping Maisie Moo defend the bird feeder from her arch nemeses, the squirrels. I’m not sure how to tell them that as far as threats rank, squirrels at the bird feeder aren’t really making the list.

That’s ok, Mozzarella, you can have the basket. I usually use my shirt to collect the eggs anyways. 💛

I did a thing yesterday and came home with a new partner in crime for Miss Maisie Moo 💛
I’ve been on the hunt for a little while now, but wasn’t finding quite what I was looking for until this little guy. He’s Kangal x Anatolian with a splash of Great Pyrenees and Maisie Moo is just tickled to have a friend to match her energy and passion for patrolling and barking at mouse farts instead of laying around like a lump.
We still need to figure out what his name should be, but that will hopefully show itself as he settles in.
