1945 – 2025

Home at Last!

Pastor Oscar was survived by his wife, Pastor Olivia Bibb, and his children (Vanessa and David) and grandchildren (Athena, Owie, Aiden, and Liam) as well as other family members and brothers and sisters in Christ.

A man of his word with great abilities including compassion, kindness, love for others, and a caring soul. Family and friends would refer to him as a “Man of Steel”. He is an amazing man, lowly, and lovely. Pastor Oscar would never look for attention, but quietly serve the Lord with his whole heart and spirit. He is a great companion, faithful, and was considerate of others.

Words cannot express how Pastor Oscar has impacted our lives, so we would like to save it and invite you to come to his Heavenly 80th birthday on April 22nd at 11 am to 1:30 pm at Vallejo Deaf Church, which is located at 1640 Broadway St, Vallejo, CA. There will be viewing, commemorating, and celebration of life followed by the giving of his earthly body to the Lord’s ground.

Attire-We would love if everyone can join us in wearing golf/tech hats to celebrate Pastor Oscar Bibb
