🦀 3 Cheese Crab Smackin’ Mac N Cheese! 😁🔥
NorCal Dungeness crab season is HITTIN’ right now, so you already know we’re throwing down a holiday classic that’ll have your guests going back for MORE! 🤤💥

This creamy crab mac and cheese is loaded with fresh Dungeness, three melty cheeses, and all the flavor you need to WIN the holiday table. 🎄🦀🧀
Grab your prep tub and Secondz and let’s whip up this cheesy, crabby goodness that’s guaranteed to steal the show!

✨ Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter
• 1/2 cup flour
• 1.5 cups half & half
• 1 cup whole milk
• Reaper Rub
• White Lightning Double Garlic Butter Rub
• 2 cups Monterey Jack
• 2 cups Sharp Cheddar
• 2 cups Pepper Jack
• 1 lb medium pasta shells
• 2 whole Dungeness crab

🔥 Directions:
Melt your butter over medium/medium-low, whisk in the flour, and slowly pour in half-and-half and milk until smooth. Season with both rubs (don’t be shy with the rubs, season to taste 👀).
Cut the heat and stir in your cheese to just get the melt started.

Add your al dente pasta and fresh cracked crab meat to a pan, pour that cheesy sauce all over, mix it up, cover it, and hit the smoker or oven at 250°F until melty and bubbling 🔥🧀 (about 30-45 min)
Optional: Broil 1–2 min for a toasty top 😮‍💨🔥

Sticky Smoked Cajun Hot Honey Ham 🍯🔥

If you’re looking for a holiday showstopper, THIS IS IT. Sticky, smoky, sweet heat in every bite. A certified flavor bomb that’ll have everyone going back for seconds 😮‍💨

🧂 Ingredients

For the Ham:
• 1 spiral-cut ham (8–10 lbs, pre-cooked)
• 2 tbsp .bbq Cajun Honey Rub
• ½ cup pineapple juice (for spritz)
• 2 tbsp Dijon mustard (binder)

For the Glaze:
• ½ cup Pineapple juice
• ½ cup Hot Honey
• ¼ cup brown sugar
• 2 tbsp unsalted butter
• 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
• 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
• 1 tbsp All Purpose Rub
• 1 tbsp .shop Cajun Honey Rub

🔥 Smoker Setup
• Temp: 250°F
• Wood: Cherry Blocks
• Cook: 3–4 hrs (to 140°F internal)

🍯 Directions
1️⃣ Prep It: Pat dry, coat with Dijon, and season with Cajun Honey Rub.
2️⃣ Smoke It: 250°F for about 3 hrs, spritz every 30 min with pineapple juice.
3️⃣ Glaze It: Combine hot honey, brown sugar, butter, Dijon, vinegar, and rubs — simmer till syrupy.
4️⃣ Finish It: Brush glaze every 15–20 min once ham hits 110°F. Crank smoker to 275°F till it’s sticky, lacquered, and perfect at 140°F internal 🤤

🍯 Sticky. 🔥 Smoky. 🍊 Zesty. All the flavors hittin’ just right!

🧂 Ingredients (for about 2 lbs short ribs):
• 1/4 cup soy sauce
• 2 tbsp orange juice (fresh if possible 🍊)
• 1 tbsp chipotle in adobo (plus some of that smoky paste)
• 2 tbsp hot honey 🍯
• 1 tbsp lime juice
• 1 tbsp minced garlic 🧄
• 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• (optional: splash of beer or cola 🍺 for that extra depth 👀)

🔥 Quick Directions:
1️⃣ Whisk everything till smooth and glossy.
2️⃣ Pour over short ribs, marinate 2–4 hrs (overnight if you’re patient 😎).
3️⃣ Sear, smoke, or braise till tender perfection.
4️⃣ Chop, hit it with lime, and load up those tortillas. 🌮💥
