Some Superheroes & Princesses flew into Mini Mozarts today…🦸🏼‍♀️🦸🏽‍♂️👸🏼

Such a fun morning learning about music note syllable setting, singing, dancing like superheros, and making our masks & crowns of course! Our story today was, “Rhythm Rescue”.

We jammed out using STICKS & ROCKS as our instruments, we played Do-Re -Mi hopscotch & read our book “What will the Weather be like today?” 🌤️

Mrs. Hamon sang & Mrs. Tichenor played at a wedding in Holton at St. Dominic’s Catholic Church. ⛪️

Just a gentle reminder that all students have a performance opportunity this upcoming Tuesday morning! Would be great practice for their Mini-Recital coming up on August 2nd! 👏🏼

Super proud of this student! Had dance camp all week, an early performance in the morning, then her regularly scheduled lesson after. Oh and she practices often.

I am impressed time & time again that the students who make the time to practice usually are the ones with BUSIEST schedules actually.

Intriguing isn’t it? 🤔

We all have the same 24hrs in a day, but we all also choose how we fill them up. 🎶
