Highlights from a collection pickup. Sometimes I am in awe of who someone is/was. Dark Grizzlor, Forgotten Warriors of the Universe (questionable shield match), Warriors Beasts, Galaxy Warriors, and lots of Blackstar, among some more common stuff you usually find.

I broke most of my flea market habits this weekend at Stormville Airport Antique Show & Flea Market. I skipped day one, I showed up casually late, and I even brought Scooter with me. That being said, the spirits of the flea market smiled and I walked away with a Slash variant, a few Battle Beasts, and some fun alt-MOTU, along with an unphotographed, but complete TMNT Party Wagon and incomplete TMNT vehicles. What a day!

The cleanest Strike Fighters by Fratelli Restuccia I’ve ever seen (also the only Strike Fighters I’ve ever seen in person)! An Italian Masters of the Universe knockoff from the 80s, and as far as I’ve seen, there were only five soft heads on different color bodies. Picked them up as part of a collection today and they will no question remain in my personal collection. I understand if they’re your new obsession.

NEW PICKUPS! I was never a DC guy, but I have a lot of reverence for the Super Powers figures. Cheetah is a custom figure AND cardback from a collection, and the Clark Kent was an eye opener! I think I like that Dr Fate design a lot. 0% McFarlane.

Was in town and stumbled on and was floored. What a joy it was to walk around and discover what they had. Picked up some amazing VHS and some TMNT and MOTU. Absolutely worth a visit.
