The Denver Department of Public Health & Environment has partnered with WM to develop a renewable natural gas facility at the Denver Arapahoe Disposal Site landfill.

Construction is expected to begin in late 2026 at the Denver Arapahoe Disposal Site.

The $3.04 billion acquisition is expected to close in mid-2026.
