Folks, if we consider key performance indicators, I would put Crossbones up against any buck in the country in terms of profitability. Ask anyone who has used him their input costs versus revenues compared to other sires they have invested in and I strongly believe his profit margins rival the best bucks in the industry; regardless of color. That means high selling sheep, few throwaways, and excellent quality semen! We are having a semen sale where we are marketing this buck, as well as other complimentary bucks. We spent the last few weekends travelling and viewing some sheep for sale out of our sires. Unfortunately we weren't able to visit every customer, but wanted to thank everyone for their business and support in 2025 (We're sorry if we've left you off this post)! Over the next 5 days on SC Online Sales, we will be having a "buy it now" Semen sale on our bucks that we have collected. Crossbones is still cranking out good ones folks and Casper and Pacman babies are looking the part in their inaugural crop! Trey Miller (TKM Livestock) and Justin Crego ( Livestock) both utilized Crossbones and have some very nice females to offer in their upcoming sales!
Derek Adam and Taylor Banbury have a very impressive set of flush babies out of Crossbones!
Colin Deno has an impressive set of Pacman babies! This set offers some different genetic matings from his females!
Andrew Sloan Jim Sloan Amy Sloan have some very young but promising Crossbones babies in their set!
Tom J Jones has a deep set of Casper and Spook babies! Tom has been breeding whites for a long time and we appreciate his partnership!
Mark Hindman and the Hindman boys have a hell of a set of Crossbones babies. This is a must stop!
Ted Greiner has a few Crossbones babies. What they lack in numbers they make up for in quality!
Randa Doty & Philip Doty have some very young but promising Pacman babies.
Allison Smith has an extremely deep set of Pacman babies on the ground. This is a must stop set of lambs! There are several on the ground! Also she kept an exciting new Pacman son from her Fall set!
Sherry Nelson has only a few Crossbones babies but there a couple hammers in this set! lori critchelow from Illinois utilized our genetics and he is an up and coming breeder of wfx lambs. We thank you for your business!

We are blessed and overwhelmed with what took place at our first trip to Bluegrass Babes! We wanted to thank all those with positive comments, the individuals that bid, our close friends for good hospitality, the SC team, and those in support of our program! We are truly humbled and at a loss of the right words! I suppose this means we will be back year, although this will be a tough act to follow! Finally…a sincere thank you to our new partners Hill/Hoeing for their half-interest purchase!
