When a client asked me if I could make them a account, I said yes, but not yet. This is why. The point of social media is to engage your audience. You go to where your community already is, not the other way around. If all your customers were going to a community park for a day of fun, are you going to tell them to go to another park because that’s where you’ll be?
You go to that park.

You have to choose your words carefully. You say the same stuff over and over again. You also get yelled at for stuff that isn’t your fault.
