I am behind on my Mostly Metal & Nwiwrap WVLP 103.1FM radio output, specifically delayed audio coverage of a local wrestling event. But I will fix that this week!

Tonight Sept 29 at 10pm, you can hear delayed audio coverage of the event Backbreaker Wrestling Presents: Test of Strength from last Saturday Sept 21 in Griffith.

Then Wednesday night Oct 02 at midnight (into Thursday) you can hear delayed audio coverage of Revolution Championship Wrestling Presents THE REVOLUTION RUMBLE from last night in South Bend, IN. Then I'll be caught up! (This business of having a full time teaching gig again is really messing with my wrestling related stuff!)

Each broadcast is under an hour. All this listening can happen on WVLP-LP 103.1 FM over the air (in the immediate Valpo area), streaming at wvlp.org, or using the Tune In Radio app.

I will also put these on my NWIWRAP YouTube channel when they're ready, and that should be later today or tonight.

So if anyone watched the opening ceremonies of the Olympics and instead of having a hissy fit, said, "Hey, I need to check out more of that metal stuff!" then do I have the opportunity for you!

Tune in to Mostly Metal & Nwiwrap WVLP 103.1FM Wednesday night (July 31) at 10pm CST for a quick little "Metal 101" where I'll give some samples of a few different subgenres of metal for you to sample. And after that first 40 minutes or so, the rest of the show is business as usual: meaning, ALL BRAND NEW METAL TUNES.

You can listen via the WVLP-LP 103.1 FM web page wvlp.org (Listen Live -> clicky arrow thing below the mess of text) or via the Tune In Radio App. Or, you know, drive around in your car in Valpo for two hours and listen on the actual radio like a caveman (or cavewoman).

As always, thanks to Melissa Day and the crew at Revolution Championship Wrestling for allowing me to come in and do my silly thing. I looked back and saw I've been covering RCW in one way or another since their 7th Anniversary show RCW Seven in 2017. Damn. Also congrats to Scott Babcock / Jon B. Blackwell on his induction into the RCW Hall of Fame.
