Today I got to grab lunch with two loan officers from different companies that I absolutely enjoy working with. .a.ewing

We talked business, shared ideas, laughed, and nobody was worried about who gets what deal.

One thing that was said really resonated with me:

“I’m loyal to my peeps, but that doesn’t mean exclusive.”

YES. 👏

I have lenders I love working with at CrossCountry, NEXA, and several other companies. Different clients have different needs, and there are some really amazing professionals in this industry.

There’s enough opportunity for all of us.

I love being around people who can cheer each other on, share knowledge, and genuinely want to see everyone win.

More collaboration. Less competition. ❤️🏡✨

“My home isn’t selling… the market must be crashing.”

Not so fast.

A home sitting on the market doesn’t automatically mean the Tampa market is crashing. Sometimes it means the strategy isn’t working.

In today’s market, sellers need more than a sign in the yard and a listing in the MLS.

You need:
✅ Accurate pricing based on today’s market, not last year’s
✅ Professional marketing that actually gets attention
✅ High-quality photos and video
✅ Consistent exposure online
✅ An agent who’s willing to have honest conversations and adjust when needed

The reality is that homes are still selling every day across Tampa Bay.

The difference is often the strategy, marketing, and ex*****on behind the listing.
