For every $1,000 increase in the purchase price your mortgage goes up by about $6–$7/month.

For every $10,000 increase in purchase price your mortgage goes up about $65–$70/month more.

✨Under Contract✨

This one feels surreal, to say the least—and definitely one to celebrate! After multiple agents and several unsuccessful attempts to sell this townhome, my client reached out, hoping for a different outcome.

This wasn’t one of those “took the listing and sold in two days” situations. It took work—months on the market, multiple open houses, several price reductions, hurricane prep and plenty of life curveballs for my client along the way! But through persistence, strategy, and patience, we got it done.

Not every real estate journey is smooth or quick, and that’s okay. Some sales take longer, but the key is staying committed, supportive, and compassionate through the process. Now, my client can move forward with their relocation—without the stress of an unsold home weighing them down.
