If you’ve ever wondered who’s sprinting across a venue with a timeline in one hand and a floral box in the other… hi, that’s me. 😅

I’m Rhiannon — wedding planner, coordinator, DJ, and in my “free” time (does that exist?) a Spartan racer and fitness lover.
And honestly? The two worlds go together better than I ever expected.

Wedding days take serious stamina.
Running between vendors… lifting décor bins… being everywhere at once… staying calm when things get wild…
It’s basically an obstacle course without the mud. (Well… most of the time. 🌧️😆)

Fitness keeps me strong, grounded, and able to show up for my couples with all the energy and focus they deserve.
But more than anything, I just love what I do and love helping people feel cared for on one of the biggest days of their lives.

Before the show even begins, I’m already in work mode — laptop, iPad, notes, and my Spartan water bottle (because hydration and hustle go hand in hand 💪). I’m here to learn, grow, and discover even better ways to serve my amazing couples through continuing education and new connections.

Because just like training for a Spartan race, building a strong business — and a meaningful client experience — takes commitment, consistency, and heart. ❤️
