Considering a move across the Columbia? My latest e‑book, The Ultimate 2025 Guide to Clark County breaks down every neighborhood, from Vancouver’s urban lofts to Camas’s hillside estates with real numbers and real talk.

What’s inside? Market stats pulled straight from the August 2025 RMLS report (think average sale price around $640K, median $550K and inventory at 3.5 months). I cover median price ranges for each area (Downtown Vancouver ~$515K, Camas around $702K, Felida & Lake Shore pushing $780K), plus which school districts get gold stars and where the commute times will have you sipping coffee versus white‑knuckling the steering wheel. It’s basically your cheat sheet for picking a neighborhood, whether you want walkability, top‑ranked schools or acreage for your alpacas.

A clear breakdown of what you’ll pay, what you’ll get and how long you’ll be stuck on I‑5. And yes, I spill the beans on pros and cons like HOA fees, property taxes and which areas still offer first‑time buyer bargains. If you’re dreaming of fishing on the Washougal River, strolling Vancouver’s waterfront or hiking in Ridgefield’s Wildlife Refuge, this guide will get you there.

Never in my life did I think I’d be eating this for my birthday. Forget eating—I didn’t even know it existed. 🤯

Maria went above and beyond and baked me a Smörgåstårta (aka Swedish Sandwich Cake). Basically, it’s everything I love stacked into one masterpiece: gyros, avocado toast, herby cream cheese, brioche + croissant loaf, potato salad, coleslaw, roasted garlic, eggs, pickled onions… the list goes on.

This “cake” blew my mind. What a way to kick off the year, feeling truly blessed and grateful. 🙌

Said goodbye to “Tiger” this week, our Range Rover Sport.

This car wasn’t just transportation. It was where I spent most of my days driving around town as a realtor. I’ve had calls, coffee, vent sessions, and quiet moments in it. Honestly, I talked to it more than I’d like to admit.

Of course, nothing beats the feeling of driving it. It was smooth, powerful, and felt solid every single time I got behind the wheel. If I had the luxury of owning two, I’d have kept it.

But sometimes, love alone doesn’t pencil. It just didn’t fit where I’m headed in my career.

If you’re planning to buy a Range Rover, my advice? Get two. One to drive. One that hangs out with your mechanic.😅

Built like new—without the builder headaches.

This one’s in Si Ellen Farms, built in 2022—offering that new-home look and feel, without the stress of building from scratch. Newer construction like this gives buyers the best of both worlds: modern finishes, energy efficiency, and none of the upgrade meetings, decision fatigue, or surprise add-ons.

It’s got engineered hardwood throughout (yes, even upstairs), quartz counters, Frigidaire kitchen suite, Maytag washer/dryer, and all the stuff that somehow never comes with new builds—landscaping, blinds, and simple things like garage door openers. No upcharges. No waiting.

Went to the Camas Car Show on Saturday, and wow, what a day.

Downtown was alive with people, stories, laughter, and some seriously beautiful cars. Loved seeing the community come together like this. It’s days like these that remind me why I love living here in Clark County.

This week was a mix of sobremesa, showings, and a few moments that reminded me why I love what I do.

Drove around town scouting homes for a client who’s relocating from Wisconsin. I’m excited to finally meet the couple soon and honestly, there’s something peaceful about cruising down Highway 14 that makes the whole process feel less like work.

We hosted a pool meetup at Silver Star. Good conversations, good people. The kind of hang where no one’s in a rush to leave.

Closed a deal for a buyer and picked up an air fryer for them. Hope it’s the start of many great meals in their new kitchen.

Worked out of Thatcher’s for a bit, always a good call. Got a fresh cut from Andy, who never misses. Baked a cake for Jeremiah and dropped it off at Loowit Brewing. I love being part of a community where little things like that mean something.

I’ve been getting a new listing ready, it hits the market next week.

Had brunch at Sunny’s Diner, thanks to a solid recommendation from Rae Master. Wrapped the week with a quiet evening at Hey Love in Portland with my wife, just some time to catch our breath.

Somewhere along the way, I learned a new word: sobremesa. It’s that unhurried stretch after a meal when everyone just stays at the table, talking and connecting. I’ve always loved that part. Never knew there was a word for it.

Also tried a couple different vermouths. Still not sure what to do with them, but I’m intrigued.

If you’re hanging out in this corner of the world, just know, you’ve got people here.

What a week. 😄
Workwise — sold a home in Brush Prairie, Love the Sales Meeting at the Office, hosted an Open House, got our new listing pending 🙌, getting another one ready in Ridgefield... and oh, Scott Bradley pulled up on his BMW motorcycle.

Life — went to Vice Beer (love that place), grabbed El Viejon tacos (no explanation needed), hit up the Burger Brawl at Recluse Brewery (shoutout to Richard, as always), and had an awesome dinner at Moon Pocha in Portland with our lovely friends Sally & Tony. Such a great night. Oh we also went to Trap Door in Shoug. 😅

Hope you all had a great week too, what have you been up to? Would love to hear.

✅ Leases run through June
