One of the issues I am exploring now is how to cash out the significant amount of money I have made off my crypto. Many of you are in the same boat, so what are the options? Swap one crypto for another, but guess what….. You must pay capital gains on the swap ( https://www.binance.com/en/square/post/17584508513746 ). Here are some of the viable options:

• Sell your crypto and pay the capital gains. You will see that the government will take a huge chunk of your profits.
o Under one year, you will have a larger capital gain. The rate depends on the amount sold. The more you are selling and claiming, the higher the rate. I will get hit with a 37% tax rate, even with a small sell.
o Over one year, the rate is 20%.
o You can find more information at https://www.binance.com/en/square/post/17584508513746

• Create a CRUT (charitable remainder unitrust).
o You put the crypto in the trust, taking a charitable tax deduction.
o Once in the trust, sell your crypto.
o My understanding is that about 10% must go to a charity, the rest can be paid out accordingly over a 20-year period
o There are other rules that the IRS has you follow. You can find out more at https://www.irs.gov/charities-non-profits/charitable-remainder-trusts

• Take a loan
o There are a few companies out there, which will hold your crypto as collateral.
o They loan you the money and you pay interest on the loan. The interest will be far less than the capital gains, if you were to sell.
o You are not taxed on loans.
o Here is some more info on crypto loans https://www.irs.gov/charities-non-profits/charitable-remainder-trusts

• Sit tight and see if Trump passes the no tax on crypto, which he has talked about.
o My understanding is that will only be on US crypto, like XLM or XRP.
o Trump’s crypto company is buying up XRP holding about 5 million) along with Musk Black Rock (about 7.9 million coins) and many others. Also, Brad has been consulting the White House on crypto………
o For more information on this, go to https://www.binance.com/en/square/post/17584508513746

Thoughts? Did I miss any options?

I am still a licensed realtor; I am just not active. I have found more success trading crypto, where I am making 50k times more than real estate or any of my other businesses could ever bring in......... So, I wanted to change this page up and on occasion share some information, so that individuals will have access to information and possibly be as successful as I have become in the crypto sphere.

Currently my holdings are with (bitcoin), XRP (Ripple), and XLM (Lumens) . I hold about 15k coins, with the majority in and .

3 Tips for First-Time Home Buyers
By Vance Tong

To successfully navigate the market, first-time buyers should expect to move quickly and make an offer if they see a home they like. They should also seek mortgage preapproval.

Avoiding Scams: Find Reliable Movers in Florida
By Brody Wooddell

Senate Bill 304 – signed into law on Tuesday – is aimed at protecting consumers against shady movers. Consumers should still vet a moving company before hiring one.
