Six years. That's how long it's been since our last party.
But we went out on a high. The Classixx, closing out our Wish You Were Here summer series in Venice, sold out, absolutely going off. A peak moment.
Kenny and I were standing there, thinking, "We did it." Then someone taps us on the shoulder.
"The cops are here."
Not one cop car. Not two. Ten. Parked out front like we'd robbed a bank. They shut it down, handed us a court order.
Then Covid hit.
But we're back. Bringing our dear brother and house music legend Marques Wyatt to Ojai, where Kenny and I both live now.
One very special night. May 9.
