15 years ago I played the House of Blues in Chicago with The Banana Convention opening for All Time Low. Slurpee was sponsoring and flew us in to do promo on the radio and set up a booth at a 7/11 to do some prize giveaways. I forgot about that. Life is really weird if you are adventurous.

Jest Improv’s very own improvised game show, Impropaganda, is BACK this Friday!

This live improvised game show features the best “competitive” improv comedy in Ventura County! Two teams will be formed to play short form games based on the theme of propaganda delivering the best fake truth they can. With your audience suggestions they’ll spin the truth to bring YOU comedy gold, and we’ll see which team wins in the end to get the grand prize!

This show will also feature Jest Improv’s newest rock sensation: Love Wolf!

To the guy that blocked me because he thinks I kicked him out of the meeting over zoom on Thanksgiving, I didn’t. Your video froze, we waited over a minute for it to unfreeze and then you were just gone. No one kicked you off, I’m not sure why you would think that.

Depression makes the bad things feel worse. It colors your reality with a patina of grey. I’m going to fight like hell to survive the next several years. I’ve worked really hard to become this version of myself and I’ll be damned if anyone or anything will send me back to being a suicidal mess.
