* Deluxe/Executive: Includes water, electric, and sewer (some with concrete pads up to 40').

* Boating: Private boats are allowed but must pass a mandatory 35-day quagga mussel quarantine (or be inspected/locked). Rentals (fishing boats, kayaks, canoes) are available onsite.
* Casitas Water Adventure: A seasonal water park (usually open Summer) featuring a lazy river and splash pads. Note: Swimming is strictly prohibited in the lake itself as it is a drinking water reservoir.

* Check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 12:00 PM.
* Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM (Generators must be off by 8:00 PM).
