🍞✨ Sourdough Love — slow, simple, and so worth it.
There’s something magical about watching flour, water, and time turn into a golden loaf that fills your whole kitchen with warmth. Here’s my go-to recipe 👇
First of all, get a husband that loves baking 😁
🥣 Ingredients
120g active starter
310g warm water
460g bread flour
2 tsp salt
🧡 How he makes it:
1. Mix starter and water until combined, then add flour and salt. Stir until a shaggy dough forms.
2. Let it rest 1 hour, then do 4 sets of stretch and folds every 15 minutes.
3. Cover and let rise overnight.
4. Shape, score, and bake in a Dutch oven — 500°F for 20 min with lid on, then 450°F uncovered for 15 min.
5. Let it cool completely before slicing (hardest part!).
Crisp crust, soft crumb, and that tangy flavor only sourdough can give. 🥰
