Batty Family Farm
Our names are Mitch and Heather Batty, we are located in Vernal, Utah. We are a family of 5, we have 3 rambunctious boys. My husband grew up with farm animals, and later in his adolescence worked at a dairy farm for quite a few years. It has always been a dream of his to raise cattle. We have a fun little farm of many animals, but our main focus is raising our heard of miniature Herefords. In 2018 we decided to purchase some miniature Herefords, we started out with 6 heifers then later added 6 more heifers and our bull, almost all of them made the long journey from Iowa to join us here. They all are AHA registered. We thoroughly enjoy raising our cattle, and we are heading to our first stock show at the Utah state fair this fall, our boys are excited to be showing off our bull and some of our heifers. We are hoping to add more “to our story” but for now this is all and oh what a fun beginning it has been!
